We keep this simple: you can read everything on Graphic-Novels.com without an account, and we collect personal information only when you choose to give us your email address.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter or join the Graphic Novel Factory waitlist — together with which list you joined, the page you signed up on, and when.
- Basic server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested), used to keep the site running and secure.
We don’t run advertising trackers, we don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t set cookies for visitors to track you across the web.
How we use your email
To send the emails you signed up for: a welcome email, then occasional news about new books, reading lists, publishing tips, and — for the waitlist — Graphic Novel Factory. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud hosts the site and stores signup records.
- Resend stores your email address as a contact and delivers our emails.
These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy terms.
Amazon links
“Buy on Amazon” buttons take you to Amazon. When you visit Amazon, Amazon’s own privacy notice and cookies apply, including the cookies Amazon uses to credit affiliate purchases (see our affiliate disclosure).
Children
Many of our books are for young readers, but our newsletter and waitlist are meant for adults — parents, teachers, and creators. We don’t knowingly collect email addresses from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we’ll delete the address.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@graphic-novels.com.
We keep signup records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
